“Have visited twice. First time was happy with cut, new short style, even though they kept me waiting 45 minutes. Second visit, they kept me waiting over an hour, while hairdresser cuts friends hair who arrived while I was waiting (after my appointment time). Second cut exactly the same as the first, despite me asking for some changes. They charged me $20 more than the first cut, which was extreme for a simple cut. Won’t be back.”
