The Use Your Local Man Company is West Australian based and owned. The Company’s Director, Mr John Nelli has accumulated twenty-seven years experience in the Building industry.

The Company has available a team of fully qualified, licensed and professional people covering all facets of the building and construction industry. The Company is also experienced in the tendering and contract processes. Use Your Local Man has extensive hands on and managerial expertise, having completed works in areas ranging from remote, isolated and harsh environments to major capital cities.

The Company has established a very strong network of reputable clients, suppliers and qualified tradespeople nationwide. Use Your Local Man is knowledgeable on the relevant building / mining Acts, Regulations and responsibilities of individual States and Territories. Use Your Local Man has the capacity to undertake a diverse range of works in both size and nature.

We specialise in planned maintenance, meaning we can help to stop problems occurring at the most inconvenient times by implementing regular maintenance programs for you, such as maintaining plumbing an electrical systems, through to gutter cleaning using our 14m cherry picker.

Our Cherry Picker has a reach of 14m, and is available for hire at a flat rate of $230.00 per day.

If required, an experienced opperator can also be provided at an hourly rate of $65.00
