VANTOM is an Australian sports and street label, first surfacing from a classic cliche ‘Life is too Short’. The label was a passionate discussion point for 8 years that never went anywhere, until a Co Founder had a crisis, then finally it came to light!

The Story:

VANTOM was just a t shirt concept often discussed over bevvies. The dreaming and chatter went on for years and of course nothing ever happened…then one day a medical situation arose that scared the living bejesus out of a Founder. After this little scare this Founder targeted and got his dream job working in government. Sitting on a balcony in Labrador, Queensland sipping on a bevvie, the Founder expressed how unhappy he was in his new dream job with his family after only 10 weeks, but how lucky he was to be alive. Again that clothing business came up in conversation, 8 years after first raising it. The following day the Founder saw a picture of a blank t shirt left open on his computer by a family member. He stared long and hard at it thinking to himself that life is pretty damn short, leaving the t shirt page open all day looking and dreaming of that clothing business. That evening he knew he was about to take a huge risk, but his mind was made up. The Founder worriedly wrote his resignation that night and sat on it for hours, reading it over and over, wondering whether he was doing the right thing. His finger hovered over the send button for what seemed an eternity and finally he clicked the send button. The relief was instantaneous and exhilarating. He starting working on VANTOM the following day. After 8 years of labour VANTOM was finally born!

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm

DOMESTIC CARRIERS

Vantom uses AusPost Regular or Express Parcel delivery for all purchases within Australia. Regular Parcel Post service is cost-effective and reliable, delivering parcels in 2 or more business days. Extra Cover, Signature on Delivery and Email Track Advice are available for an additional fee

AusPost Regular Parcel service provides tracking information. We provide our customers the AusPost order tracking code

SHIPPING RATES

The rates AusPost charges for shipping is based on parcel weight and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable). Free Shipping applies to purchases over $50 in Australia only.

BACK ORDERS

When a back order item becomes available we will ship the balance of your order at no additional cost

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present Vantom does not ship Internationally. We are currently working on sourcing competitive rates for other International countries. We apologise for any inconvenience, to all International customers wanting to purchase Vantom apparel

REFUND POLICY:

Vantom offers a 30 day exchange and/or refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging (if applicable) with the Vantom swing tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

1 – REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email advising that the item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and store credit applied to your Vantom account or bank account (whichever you choose), within seven working days of us receiving the returned item

2 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after seven days, first double check your bank or pay pal account
Next contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Vantom

3 – SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non refundable

4 – EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If an exchange is required, please send us an email through the sites contacts page and we’ll do our best to help you out

5 – GIFT RETURNS (if applicable)

Vantom doesn’t offer refunds for gifts, however if you are the recipient of an unwanted gift purchased by another party and mailed directly to you by Vantom, we may offer an exchange or store credit for the original purchase value.  Please contact us directly to discuss your situation

6 – SHIPPING RETURNS

Vantom isn’t responsible for return or exchange item shipping and/or insurance costs. Shipping fees are non refundable from the original purchase price (on a return or exchange item). Depending on your location, timeframes on an exchanged product reaching you, may vary

7 – BE PROTECTED

We encourage our customers to use Pay Pal in order to be eligible for Pay Pals Buyer Protection program. Aside from all the great benefits, if you are eligible Pay Pal can also refund your return shipping costs if you need to send something back
