Sports and Deep Tissue Massage builds on the Swedish Relaxation base so there is a relaxing flow to the massage. Muscles are warmed then deeper pressure is applied in areas of tension. This pressure may be cross fibre mobilisation, trigger point, deeper compression and/or stretches which produce a feeling of good pain. More importantly, this technique offers relief from built up tension and often promotes muscle repair and healing. Depending on the severity of your injury, heat creams may be applied during the treatment to encourage deeper muscle relaxation.

An excellent massage when you are sore from exercise, been sitting for a long time at your computer and feel generally stiff, old injury flare ups, or if you have been doing an activity that you don’t normally do.
