“While I have had various experiences at this establishment I will never go there again. I am recovering from ankle surgery and wanted to get one foot to have a pedicure and shellac nail polish. They looked at each then said take a seat. After waiting for about 15mins them starting 2 other people who walked in after me, one of the girls comes over and tries to talk me out of the shellac, I stood my ground with wanting shellac, then tries to get out of doing the pedicure, so I told them that fine if they didn’t want my business I’ll go elsewhere and I should have just got up and left, but because I had someone drop me off and was picking me up I stayed. Lots of talking in Viet. When they started putting the nail colour on, I stopped them and said that’s not the colour I picked, she said it was , I said no it’s not, the colour I picked is darker, she says it goes darker when we cure it. It didn’t. I asked for the colour chart at the end she I put the colour you wanted on, I asked for the colour chart a second time and showed them the colour I wanted, she had grab the wrong colour!!!! Then she was going to charge the full price! I will never go there again! Rose and the girls at Erskine Park will have my business.”

“1 star is way to much credit. I have never in my life been made to feel the way i did today. The ladies were rude and had no problems pointing at me and laughing in their own language. She told me i need to take better care of my self because im very unattractive. She then proceeded to tell me i needed eyelash extentions because my own arnt very nice when i ignored her she started talking to her friends and i could easily tell they were talking about me. She used some words in english and others in her lingo that is how i knew she was talking about me when she said this fat (than viet) poor husband and so and so will never ever go here again

“I have gone here quite a few times, each time I have spent quite a lot of money in the shop. On Friday I got a pedicure, along with other things. Whilst dong the pedicure she dug far too deep and it actually hurt. Now I have an infected toe. I’m finding the ladies quite rude. I had made an appointment however, people just walking in were getting served before me. After waiting 35 minutes after my booking time, I finally got seen too.
I’m now looking for a new place and will not go here again..”

“I would like to make a complaint about Venus nail shop. I went there to do my manicure and pedicure then they started talking disrespectful things about me and other customers in the shop without realising I am Vietnamese. The lady, I think her name is Lee said something like “this bitch got no nail and want bright color”, and called one middle aged lady “fat bitch with stinky legs” So I just got up and left after my pedi and told them in Viet..something like “shut up your mouth when you see an Asian next time” hahhaha… To St Clair shoppers: AVOID THIS SHOP AND DRIVE TO ST MARYS ONE OR ANY WHERE ELSE if you do not want to be called “bitch with no nails,fat chick with stinky legs”…Thats exactly what they called you.. I was so disappointed about this retail and would like not to come back here ever again”
