“Had an appointment and was told to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill in some paperwork as it was my first visit. Got there and no one was at the front desk. They don’t have a bell you can ring for service but they do have a door buzzer that goes off when you arrive. I sat down and waited. My appointment time came and went. No one came out. I called out to see if anyone could hear me, no response. I waited another 15 minutes calling out every few minutes. Tried calling their 1300 number only to get a recorded message and put on hold. I decided to give up and leave. This isn’t good customer service. I don’t even want to know what your treatments are like if you can’t manage to get the most basic part of customer service right.”
