“Unfortunately I could only give this “business” half a star. If I could, I’d give it zero. Or even less. Worst experience. Ever. I created this account solely to write this review. Don’t ever, ever go here. If they are still in business. I booked an appointment over a month in advance after seeing the Scoopon deal. After I finally got through on the phone, that is. My appointment was for very early August after I had booked at the end of June. I didn’t think to call and confirm and hadn’t recieved a single phone call (no missed calls, nothing). I got there early so I sat in my car, passing the time by using my phone (just to be clear, at no point did my phone lack signal. I was texting and recieved 2 calls from friends). At my appointment time I entered the completely dark salon to be snapped at that “they’ve been trying to contact me all morning!!!” and when I told them that I had been nearby with full phone signal and still nothing, it was glossed over and they said all of the staff were sick. So I asked if I could book another appointment. I got the feeling they were really annoyed to do so. They eventually rebooked for mid-September. The kicker? They had to ask and then write down my phone number was. Oh, and now, trying to confirm, I can’t get a hold of them, only a message that the phone number was incorrect and I wouldn’t be connected.”

“Purchased a Scoopon for a hair package back in June, took me ages to finally get through and once I did they couldn’t fit me in until September! I took the September booking and when I went to show up for my appointment yesterday there was a real estate agent changing the locks. There was a number to call for bookings which I called. I went to see them. They grabbed my Scoopon and asked if I wanted foils or a colour. I said I’d just be happy with a colour and they told me I’d have to pay an extra $30, I said I wasn’t paying extra so they told me I could get a refund from Scoopon. Still haven’t heard from Scoopon in regards to a refund. I won’t be buying any cheap vouchers from any where now after this experience.”

“The most unprofessional organisation I have ever come across. I, as many other, bought an online discount voucher for redemption at Vija Hair. I do not appreciate such appalling customer service from a business that is trying to promote themselves on all the possible discount voucher sites. I dont want to spend my money where the customers are treated with such disrespect and no consideration what to so ever to other peoples time. I strongly suggest any discount voucher site to verify this business integrity before advertising their promotion. After numerous unanswered phone calls and experiencing no courtesy to return messages i ended up getting a refund back from the coupon promoter. I would NEVER recommend this exceptionally disgraceful organisation to anyone.”

“Had a scoopon but have been advised I will be getting a refund without having used it because Vija couldn’t deliver. Have already been waiting for four weeks for my appointment. From the comments here, looks like I got lucky.”
