Penny has been the lead stylist, business owner, and drive behind Village Hairdressers for 10 of its 30 plus years of continual operation. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Penny brings a level experience and expertise much sought after. Uncompromising on quality, Penny holds client satisfaction and professional excellence in delivering services as paramount. Penny’s passion for clients and relentless attention to detail has seen her popularity as a person and a hairdresser sky-rocket, doubling the size of Village Hairdressers in her time here. Specialising in precision cutting and expert foil services, but covering all areas, she loves to create transformative styles for her incredibly loyal clientele.

Crispin

Our Salon 2ic Crispin is passionate about the client experience of a salon visit. He believes first and foremost that every single client should walk away feeling satisfied with their time spent here.
Crispin’s technical expertise extends from precision hair cutting and creative colour, to a full gamut of specialised chemical services, including keratin thermal reconstructive treatments, chemical straightening, and colour correction.

Crispin’s friendly nature, problem solving skills, and professional approach to salon operations contributes to the smooth functioning of Village Hairdressers every day.

All the way from Greece but residing in Australia for many years, Ari is an established artist of many disciplines. His decades of worldly experience inspire creative works that feature not only on his fabulous clients, but also on our walls. Through paint, food, and an amazing tallent to style hair, Ari ads a touch of Mediterranean culture and vibe to Village Hairdressers.

“My days of bad hairdressers are over!! Lee is such an amazing guy with even more talent! Every time I visit the salon, I know I’m in great hands. Lee is very patient, listens to exactly what I’m after, and I can rely on his professional opinion with, if what I’m thinking will look good.
