Directors Report
Vivian Plumbing was founded in 1999 and has provided professional Plumbing Services to builders, Real Estates and the general public for over a decade. Vivian Plumbing is comprised of three sections: Commercial, Plumbing & Maintenance and New Homes. We currently employ a total of 21 experienced and qualified plumbers as well as Two Estimators, Two Schedulers, Two Site Supervisors, and six enthusiastic Office Staff.

The Commercial Plumbing Division provides plumbers who are experienced and familiar with all safety procedures and equipment. We are fully equipped with our own machinery and employ qualified operators. We employ an experienced Project Supervisor and one Site Supervisor who watch over all our current projects and who offer knowledge and experience to ensure all construction deadlines are achieved in a satisfactory and compliant manner.

The Plumbing and Maintenance Division also provides highly experienced and dedicated plumbers who act promptly and responsibly on any given task. Our Maintenance team have Backflow Accreditations, Gas Licenses and are fully registered with the Plumbers Licensing Board. We perform every job with the highest degree of pride and dedication possible, to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied.

The New Homes Plumbing Division offer a range of qualified plumbers that undertake a range of plumbing across the Perth metropolitan area. We currently have one estimator dedicated to quoting regular housing projects and achieving competitive prices to suit your requirements. Also offering services to owner builders who wish to build their dream home independently.

I believe this company was built on strong foundations and has grown from strength to strength over the past decade, due largely to our dedicated team and our conscientious staff. Our hard work and dedication in 2010 was rewarded when we received the 2010 MPGA and PLB Construction Plumbing Business of the Year Award at the annual Awards for Excellence.

In 2011 we were also honoured to be runner up 2011 MPGA and PLB Construction Business of the year.
In 2012 our hard work was again reward when we received the 2012 MPGA and Building Commission Construction Plumbing Business of the Year Award at the annual Awards for Excellence, a title we are honoured to hold.

COMMERCIAL & CIVIL

Commercial
The commercial department provides plumbers who are experienced and familiar with all safety procedures and equipment. We’re fully equipped with our own machinery and qualified operators.

We have Supervisors and Project Managers to oversee all our current projects. They offer industry knowledge and experience to ensure all construction deadlines are achieved in a satisfactory and compliant manner.

Vivian Plumbing specialises in design and construct projects, we can design all your plumbing requirements to comply with all relevant regulations. We offer experienced and qualified estimators that can achieve what you require at a cost effective professional manner. We can also maintain costs to suit our customer’s budgets.

Vivian Plumbing specialises in fire systems and fire system upgrades. We offer professional advice in accordance to the relevant fire code. We have had many years of experience with pump tanks, boosters and diesel powered pumps.

We can also offer our clients pressure flow tests and hydrostatic testing on existing and new fire systems, full guaranteed and documented. Vivian Plumbing is fortunate to work with many quality building companies on a wide variety of projects.

Civil
Vivian Plumbing has completed numerous numbers of subdivisional projects within Perth and has taken part in all aspects of design work involved. As well as being successful in the full management and completion of such work.

We have completed a number of sewer main extensions, water main extensions and deep drainage projects. We are very familiar with the process involved with completing these projects and have worked closely with the engineers and Water Corporation.

We are fully equipped with experienced Machine Operators, Drainers, Construction Supervisors and Project Managers whom ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

We offer our valued clients an extensive range of plant and equipment to get the job done. We are fully experienced in trench supports, shoring dewatering, traffic control and stock a full range of safety barriers as well as fencing to ensure all jobs are completed safely and comply with current OH&S standards.

MAINTENANCE

We currently have many projects across the Perth Metropolitan area where we provide dedicated supervision to ensure every bit of all our plumbing work is completely checked, tested and witnessed to provide a satisfactory guarantee to our clients. We use a high tech computer programmes which interfaces between events on site and acknowledges office staff of progress and updates, we can also provide photographic evidence to help explain certain instances on site so the right advice can be suggested.
