“I walked in for just a cut, only a cut and some how ended up costing me 87 dollars.
I told the hairdresser I just wanted a cut, she walked me over to have me hair wet, she then put stuff in my hair ( which I never asked for ) but I couldn’t stop as it was to late she had already done it.
She cut my hair but then decided to blow dry it. I never asked for this either.
I never asked for any addition things to be done to my hair. I just wanted a cut.
I am appalled. I will be telling everyone not to go to walk up cuts and colours. I am disgusted that you can even charge almost 90 dollars for a cut.”

“Went in for a cut today. The girl I saw last time was off, so I had someone else cut. Thought I’d explained myself well enough (blunt & choppy). She seemed to get what I was saying. After almost an hour & half (!) I walked out with a layered ball that is going to take me a lot of work and product to look anything like I wanted. Very disappointed. I paid extra for the blow wave & style and had to come home and redo it myself. Wasted money.”
