“Scott is not only a professional plumber, who is great in what he does but also a true gentleman. Our bathroom wall in our two bedroom apartment in Randwick had bubbles appearing for quite some time. I knew it was something to do with water leaks and needed to be checked by a plumber. I rang up couple of plumbers in Randwick that were listed in True Local. Got few quotes from few plumbers here in Randwick and eventually decided to go with Scott from Water King Plumbing. He identified that the source of the problem was not my apartment but was the leakage that was occurring on the floor above us. It took couple of days for him and his collage to finish up the work upstairs and also repair the damages that happened on our floor. We also had to get other guys to fix the wall etc.. So was bit messy, but eventually got fixed.”

“Our hot water didn’t last for even 2 showers recently ( used to be more than enough for 4 people last year) until Water King Plumbing advised that our electric hot water unit had malfunctioned and recommend that we replace as it was not worth fixing it. We took their advise and now we are loving winter again. Thanks to Scott ( I think his name is, looking at the other reviews) Water King Plumbing from Kingsford. He was very professional and spoke my language. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and quoted me and also asked me to get quotes from other plumbers around Kingsford area if I wanted. “Recently, we had some problem with our hot water system at our office and were looking for a local plumber in Coogee who could help us fix the problem. Got few quotes from local plumbers in Coogee and few from around the eastern suburbs. After talking to Scott from Water King Plumbing, we decided to go with them. Scott came with his truck and inspected the problem. We all recognised that the hot water tank was reaching it’s end of life and decided to replace it. He and his team organised the replacement and also installed it for us. So the old Rheem is gone and hello to our new Thermann. I’d like to thank Scott and his plumbing team who were here to do the hot water replacement job. All I can say about the team is that they are very professional and friendly. “Number of times, when I was looking for a plumber to fix my plumbing issues, I went for the cheapest plumber around Randwick area. Some guys were quite good and others weren’t. The common problem that I faced dealing with the plumbers in this area was the punctuality and the professionalism. I should’ve learnt my lesson with couple of bad experiences and not got for cheaper option but I didn’t until it got too much and when I finally told my experiences to one of my close friends, I was referred to Scott from Water King Plumbing. All I can say about Scott is that he’s very good in what he does. Very polite, professional and punctual. Not sure if I should thank my dear friend for referring me to Water King or Scott himself.
