“The plumber was very rude. The company is unprofessional. I Called many times to have someone to check the hot water they installed but no respond. Will never use them again.”

“This Company is extremely unprofessional and I would never consider using them for services. One of their employees was involved in an accident causing damage to my car but no damage to their truck. The owner, Steve, has failed to take any responsibility for his employees actions and has refused to contact me to follow up, despite my call to him. He has not returned my call. Further, his employee swore at me and was obstructive refusing to provide details despite being in a company shirt. The owner also refuses to apologise for this unnecessary public display of rudeness by his employee.

Given there are plenty of professional heater services and plumbers around, I would not even consider using this Company given these dealings.

If this is the level of professionalism given to members of the public with whom they are involved, I cant imagine that their services would be of any greater professional standard.”
