“Went and had an eyebrow wax at Balaclava today. The team were very lovely and professional.
However half an hour after I left the salon, my brow and side of my eye stung painfully, then realized a small part of skin had been waxed off.
I returned and the lovely lady could not have been more apologetic and helpful to try to accommodate the pain, also offered me a refund.
I guess my concern is that 8 hours later I still have terrible pain, even after applying ice etc. just glad it was my eyebrow and not anywhere down south.”
