“My fiancé had a hair treatment done for an awards night for work. She walked out of the strathpine store with hair dye over her forehead, ears and part of her neck. My fiancé contacted another hairdresser to save her hair. She contacted the shop an was advised she would only be refunded the price of the colour. I went there today to collect the refund for my fiancé, i enquired as to why such a ”half assed job was done” and all i got was attitude. When i asked again why a professional job wasnt done i was threatened with security. This was the manager who said ” it was what it was” a crap colouring job. If this the form of customer service that webster & wood encourage then i would be a shamed.”

“Garden City – Had the worst experience by a hairdresser. I asked for my hair to trimmed and reshaped and walked out with choppy, uneven hair at the back and not shaped at all. The hairdresser had no idea what she was doing. I paid for this awful trim and walked out and cried around the corner. Went and had this fixed the same day and cost me another $40 and my hair is even shorter at the back now as the hairdresser trying to reshape had to get rid of the uneven hair ( hacked ). I didn’t say anything as I did not wanted this fixed by any other hairdresser in this salon. Would not recommend to anyone!”
