Megan Holman

I am passionate about creating positive change in the world and helping as many people as I can to improve their lives, their happiness and their self confidence.

I love supporting people to get the most energy & vitality out of their health and taking care of their body.

I have been in the Wellness industry for over 15 years.
I owned and ran a Wellness centre in Williamstown for 7 years.

(The Blue Centre).

I also teach personal empowerment courses around Australia, New Zealand and the USA with the intention of helping to create a better world.

I also offer personal care products that are non-toxic, to take care of the body.

I created Wellness Now to incorporate all that I do for the mind, body & spirit. Also to emphasise that NOW is the time to take care of self.

I’ve settled in Buninyong to follow my deam of living somewhere green and I’m loving it, the people are friendly and the farmers markets are great!

Deep Tissue 

To get deep into the muscles and loosen them for you, easing any tightness or pain. If need be, I use a unique style that incorporates energy point release (great for stress!). This is a much more effective way of loosening the muscles for longer lasting results.

Relaxation

Ease your cares away with a beautiful flowing style of massage that leaves you feeling totally tranquil and blissed-out.
