I’m a believer that if we feel good – physically, emotionally and mentally – we can live our lives to the fullest with peace, balance and greater ease. When we feel our best we naturally evoke good vibes to everyone around us (family, friends, colleagues, the checkout chick) being generous, kind and loving and this is contagious!

13 years ago I was unsure of why I didn’t feel awesome every day. Anxiety was a problem, self-confidence was pretty low, clarity lacked and lethargy was common. Enter Shiatsu and Reiki. Discovering these two modalities kick-started my curiosity, inspiration and journey to health, wellness and my business. I now knew my purpose was to help people feel awesome and live pain-free.

It wasn’t until learning Massage that I realised what poor state my body was in (we don’t know, what we don’t know, right?). Lower back ache is not normal, a sporting injury should be looked at by a professional bodyworker and yes, my leg was weird. What a relief to find an answer and even better, a way to actually feel functional and enhanced!

Years later I thought there must be something else to help do more for myself and others. Enter Bowen and Emmett. Wow! How my body felt and worked after this experience stirred the knowledge juices and I had to learn these skills too.

What is most awesome about Reiki, Bowen, Massage, Ear Candling, Lymphatic Stimulation and Emmett, is they all complement each other to bring about the best balance and optimum function for every body.

For the last decade it’s been my mission to bring this to the world so people can live pain free and be the full expression of themselves.

REMEDIAL AND SPORTS MASSAGE

An assessment of your body allows the therapist to discover dysfunction and imbalance and then treat using specific massage techniques to correct.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

A safe and effective treatment by trained therapists specialising inthe prenatal period. Many common conditions are improved such as low back ache, shoulder tightness, headaches and leg cramps.

BOWEN THERAPY

A holistic and remedial therapy using rolling and stretching of soft tissue, which brings balance and alignment to the body, correcting dysfunction and providing optimal body functioning.

REIKI

An extremely gentle, relaxing and joyful treatment which relieves many physical, emotional and mental conditions and suffering -particularly stress, anxiety, depression and allowing the body and mind time to rest and refresh. The practitioner’s hands are placed on various positions on the body where healing is directed.

LYMPHATIC
STIMULATION

Used to promote healthy immune functioning by increasing the natural flow of the Lymphatic System and assisting the removal of excess toxins, viruses, bacteria and other waste products from the body. Assists lymphoedema, fluid retention/congestion, detoxifying the body, sinusitis and relaxation of the body and nervous system.

EAR CANDLING

Beneficial for conditions such as sinus/hay fever symptoms, hearing difficulties, cold/flu symptoms, vertigo and pressure imbalances. The hollow burning candle works like a chimney drawing excessive ear wax and toxins from the ear with an extremely relaxing, warming and rejuvenating approach.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

An amazing warming, relaxing, deep and rejuvenating treatment. It’s extremely beneficial for body aches, tight and stiff muscles, poor circulation, stress, tension, anxiety and of course, pure enjoyment! Using heat creates an additional depth to your treatment – it relaxes muscles on a greater level and then allows the Therapist to reach deep stubborn muscles more effectively with Remedial techniques.
