“I am still not over the ridiculous $225 I was charged for my hair on my birthday 2 years ago (and I apparently received 25% off as it was a Wednesday, and a treatment for free, so the total bill would have been even higher!)… The apprentice left my foils in for too long and got my colour wrong, and I suspect I was charged for fixing it! Absolutely awful experience that I tell everyone about, and I wish I had have said something while paying at the time!”
