“i called them out because i had no hot water from the solar heater.They turned up ok but the staff didnt even bother to bring tools in to look at heater ( the heater was not even 2 yrs old) in his opinion i just got a dud. Very proffesional eh?. Cost of new one $3700.Ouch. Needless to say they didnt get the job. It cost me $80 for this info. Called another plumber they came they saw (brought tools in) they got the job. It was only a thermostat!!!!!!. Cost $297.00 all up. Bit of a difference and now i’m going to have a wonderful hot hot shower. DON’T USE THEM.”
