“I was told that they charge a small call out fees of $39 but the pricing they give is what anyone else would offer. They couldn’t give me any pricing over the phone. The technician came in and sat there for 2 minutes acting as he is thinking. Then he said that he would need to run diagnostics that would cost $350 plus. If they have to replace parts that he believe is the problem he quoted me $950. So that total would be $1300 This is absolute rip off as everyone else quoted me $297 if the thermal couple or $550 if the whole thermostate and parts are to be changed of $1510 to put in a new Rheem system. I normally do not put reviews but I believe this one is warranted as it’s not that they made a mistake – but this is an intentional rip off.”
