“After previously being told they were too busy to see ppl earlier in the week, even though only one person was with a client and the other 2 were talking, I booked an appoint for an eyelash perm (something I often have at other salons). I arrived early so decided to teat myself to a brow job as well. The eyebrow threading was done without any consult on shape, length etc and was NOT even. The menu states includes eyebrow massage, what a few swipes over the brow is not a massage. I had the perm, what a waste of my time and money. They do not size the rod to your eye, do not ensure all the little lashes are adhered and they are not even applied straight. Worst job i have had. Now My eyelashes look skeweff and irritate me in one eye as the angel means they feel like they touch my bottom lashes. I was a beauty therapist in a previous vocation and if you are after quality or value for money I do not recommend this place. I am very disappointed and if had not felt so rushed would have been likely to realise the bad job and should not have paid. Only has one star as you have to click one to rate.”
“Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady was so rude to me. She did not even ask what I wanted she just started going at my brows. She was not gentle at all and was so rough. SHE TOOK ALL MY MAKEUP OFF!!!???? everywhere I’ve always gone, they have never touched my makeup… I looked horrible and was continuing shopping after getting my eye brows threaded and was way too embarrassed to be seen. I could not understand what this lady was saying at all and then when she wanted me to hold under my eye and above my brow – I was a little confused and she just aggressively moved my hands into place and then aggressively raised her voice at me 3 times telling me to tighten my hands which was really hard as my hands kept slipping from all the stupid product she put on my face. She then took Way too much off my brows and looks awful. She honestly did not care at all what I wanted and didn’t care about how she treated me. I felt disgusted. Honestly the worst experience and I was in tears afterwards.

“This is the worst job I have ever had done on my eyebrows, spent less than 2minutes…. And I’m not exaggerating- on my eyebrows. No brushing, didn’t ask what shape or thickness I like and now my eyebrows are different heights, shapes and still look very messy and untapered…. At $28 a pop I was expecting something halfway decent.”
