Wizard Building & Construction are a brand new Tier 2 building company, providing a full range of new large to small commercial, residential, industrial and institutional construction projects, office fit-outs, alterations, additions, refurbishment work, building maintenance and domestic contracts. We can provide a one stop shop to clients requiring Design & Construction (D&C) projects and deliver professional project management for every requirement.

We have the expertise to deliver successful schemes in a challenging economy and manage each project from initial concept to completion using our full range of collaborative, value-added services.

The company is controlled by a competent team, including directors David Letizia (Customer Service Manager), Scott Healy (Operations Manager) and Mitchell G Dowdall (Construction Manager). All are qualified tradesmen with a combination of 90 years experience in the building and construction industry, including management, supervisory and administrative positions throughout their careers.

We strive for high quality workmanship in all our projects and are reliable for both our quality and ability to complete the contracts specified, often in a limited time-frame. Our high quality is achieved by the hands-on approach of David, Scott and Mitchell and their team of dedicated construction endorsed staff.

The Work, Health and Safety of our staff is of paramount importance to us and we run our operation alongside an extensive and comprehensive management system.
