The Team

Kristin Haigh

Physiotherapist Kristin Haigh has completed her Level 3, Australian Physiotherapy  Association, Sports Physiotherapy Course at the AIS in Canberra. She is committed to ongoing education and is currently involved in a Research Study at St. Vincent’s Private Clinic  in Sydney with Professor Martin Sullivan and his colleagues.

Her special interests are Post-operative Orthopaedics (currently she works at St Vincent’s Private Clinic with Professor Martin Sullivan), Sports Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation .

Sophie McGovern

Sophie McGovern has worked for many years as a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, and also teaches group and private Pilates classes. She has completed a Masters in Physiotherapy from the UK as well as BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. Utilising advanced manual therapy skills, including Dry Needling, Advanced Pilates, Kinesio Taping and Sport Massage,  Sophie’s main areas of practice are in Back pain, Sciatica and Neck pain including Cervicogenic Headaches.

She has also extensive training in the treatment and diagnosis of the Sacroiliac Joint (SI Jt) and Pelvis area.

Nic Andrews

Nic Andrews is our Physiotherapy Assistant and is currently in his 2nd year of Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU. He has previously studied Exercise and Sport Science at UNSW.

Nic is heavily involved in sport, playing rugby union for Randwick Football Club and hopes to learn as much as he can to one day work in a Private Practice.

Sophie McLelland

Woollahra Physiotherapy’s Yoga Therapy Teacher, Sophie McLelland has over 350 hours of training and specialises in using traditional yoga asana, pranayama (breathing tools) and integrated healing practices to improve your overall wellbeing. She welcomes all ages and levels of experience and provides everyone with individual attention to help you reach your true potential.
