No customer Service guaranteed.
No refund guaranteed, you get it if you lucky.
In my case, they promised me for refund in 10 weeks but did not hear anything in 13 weeks and Charged $450 for cancellation charge for 1 ticket.
These People good till you transfer money in their bank account.
Some customers say very cheap Travel Agent but when you stuck with any Name change, date change or ticket cancellation matter then they COOK you up.
Previous management was awe some and run by Gujarati fellow, call center was in Baroda.
Current Management is run by Payless Flights and Call center in Delhi.

“WORST TRAVEL AGENT EVER! These people are nice until you pay them for your booking. After that they’ll not help you with anything else if needed. The employees are rude and completely lost. They’re running a travel agency and no one has a clue on the rules and regulations around ticketing. They lied to my friend over and over again about her refund. They don’t reply to any emails. The manager avoids calls. Their website says the office is open on Saturdays but they’re not even open! They make false promises and keep lying about the refund policy. I’m NEVER recommending them to anyone unless you want to deal with third class customer service and liars.”

But after the new management first time booked a Ticket issued By ALI useless person to deal with and never will I buy ticket with him or have any dealing with world travel hub he lost one customer.
