“If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place half a star. I went in to get refills of acrylic nails only to be told “no you should just get shellac” and “do you get them done to make clicking noise on keyboard?” do not tell me what I should be getting & just do your job. Not only was I dissappointed with the rudeness and all round lack there of awareness of what customer service really is, but 2 weeks later 4 of my nails had physically come off. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this has NEVER happened. The brush they use for the powedered coating for acrylic I would question whether it is even meant for nails, it seems more like a thin paintbrush and my nails are uneven. After expressing my disappointment with 4 nails falling off in two weeks, I went there for them to rectify the issue only to have to pay for them to fix them and be told “see they are so thin!”. Also started to use an actual nail file to file my little finger nail after the nail had fallen off and I complained that it was too hot and the management had nothing to say. Are you kidding me? Unbelieve. Shocking service, complete lack of customer service, inability to do the job I would never EVER walk back into this store if you paid me. It was painful enough having my nails burnt by a nail file (which isn’t even protocal) let alone listening to the management telling me my nails are thin, I should get shellac and I must just get my nails done to make a clicking noise on a keyboard.”
