“Not happy at all! My mum bought a gift for me which is an Xperteaze VIP experience card that entitles you to 4 wonderful offers such as a facial, eyebrow waxing, pedicure and a hairstyle. However when she purchased this gift it WAS NOT mentioned that you have to be a “new client” to use this VIP experience. So I called up to book a pedi only to be told that I have been there before (and back in something like 2008 I remember) so since I am not a new client, I could not use this voucher at all even though this was not mentioned to my mum. What a waste of her money. Would not recommend this place. 0 stars for bad communication!”
