“When you enter the store they welcome you immediately, sit you down put your belongings in a safe cupboard etc. Not to mention they are relatively cheap and their hairstyles are on par with high tier hair salons. Their music playlist also adds to the relaxing atmosphere.”

“I went first time in this shop bcos my regular shop was closed on queens birthday i greeted lady sitting on counter she did not reply . After shappoing i was waitibg for getting haircut same lady arrived started blow drying my hair i showed one hairstyle she ignored with anger and she was very angry, i stood up from chair and asked staff whats wrong with this lady, i paid for shamppoing and ask cashier girl who is she she replied she is owner i said i m feeling sorry for you , she does not know about customer service and she is so rude and i left i ll never go back in this shop”
