“What a pleasant surprise!!! We called this company from the yellow pages online and they arrived within the hour. The men were very helpful suggesting various options for our new roof and we decided on colorbond and also new gutter. We had a few other quotes which were not east to come by we called many different companies and only half actually turned up at all ??? We decided to hire your family plumber they replaced our entire roof and gutters in 4 days and took all,of the rubbish and old iron away !! We are very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future!!!”

“Worst Plumbers ever!! We advertised for a plumber to supply and fit a split system air-con unit in Early December 2012 through Service Central. They were the first to call back and come out and see me. They told me the whole unit would cost $2300 installed and they asked for a large deposit and gave me the invoice to pay. Unfortunately my accounts department paid the whole lot straight away and they then didn’t install until January 2013, (a month later.) with constant excuses as to why they were unable to do it. (but not before arranging for me to be on site and not turning up a number of times.) Finally mid January they completed the installation. The unit came up with error codes not even 10 months later and it turns itself off. Of course (as you will discover) they don’t answer their phone and let all calls go to the answering machine, forcing you to leave a message so they can screen their calls and not call you back if there are any issues. I have since had another plumber come out and apparently the gas has a leaked from a poor installation. Its now costing me another $800 because I have had to move the whole outside unit to a more suitable location. After dealing with these people, I would be very surprised if any of them are qualified to do the work. They gave no certificate of compliance. Do not use this plumber for anything. They do not uplhold even 12 months of warranty.”
