“Absolutely terrible! In the FIVE hours I was in the salon Brioney slopped dye all over my face which has dyed the hair on my jaw, stained my brand new earrings, bleached my jacket and my shirt. I refused to pay because I ended up with damaged, orange hair after asking for brown with caramel highlights and making very clear that I was happy to make repeat visits to achieve the result and not to do anything that will damage my hair. I even gave her a card from my previous hairdresser with the colour that was currently in my hair so should have known exactly how to achieve the desired colour in stages if needed. I have approached Danni for compensation for all of my damaged belongings but she refused!! The salon was dirty, the customer service is non existent and the treatment of a client afterwards is a disgrace. Avoid this place like the plague!!!”
