“I had my hair cut and blow dried here before a wedding and “blown” away (scuse the pun) by the awesome service and skill of the girls at Zen. I loved that they listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to do an amazing job. I was also happy with their very fair pricing. The makeup artist even managed to do my eyes with my toddler playing in my lap because she was getting a little flustered. “I went to the Salon 2 years ago had my hair done and gave a 5 star rating. Last Friday my niece was getting married I had booked in February I received a confirmation text saying my appointment was Sat. Not Friday so I rang an explained the mistake not blaming anyone the wedding was at 2pm and I was doing the decorating. The way I was spoken to on the phone well let’s just say as an ex hairdresser I was disgusted I wasn’t going to review but decided that I should. Lucky the Girls at Chateau Elan were able to cater for me and let’s just say if I have a wedding in the Hunter Valley Vineyards again I will be going to the Chateau not Zen!!!”
