At Zen Touch we provide two main types of massage:

a) Relaxation or b) Remedial (Pain Reliever)

Complete Zen (60) $90

A traditional Swedish massage combined with a soothing scented balm to calm your body and renew your mind. This full body massage promotes wellbeing, helping you to relax and unwind by revitalizing your senses from head to toe.

Zen Quick Fix (30/60 Minutes) $70/$90

Stressed out at work? Need a quick fix? Alleviate tension and strain with a neck and back massage that will help you face the work week refreshed and rejuvenated.

Zenhancement/Zendurance (45/60 minutes) $80/$90

The perfect massage for active people who are always on the go. Get those muscles warmed up and invigorated, and give your energy levels a boost. Prevent your muscles from injury and fatigue. Zenhancement will give you the winning edge to perform at your best all day every day.

Zen Pain Defender**

Standard consultation $90 60 mins

Attack pain head on! Remedial massage is incorporated into this treatment to aid the recovery of injuries, increase range of movement, relieve pain and promote everyday wellness and healthy function. This massage uses various techniques including deep tissue, trigger point, mobilization and passive stretching. Please note: First time visits will include a postural assessment and range of motion testing.

Zen Lazy Legs (45 minutes) $80

Suffering from sore legs or back pain from standing all day? This beneficial massage treatment will soothe sore feet, locked knees and swollen ankles. The lower back, glutes, legs and feet can be incorporated into the massage upon request. By giving your legs and feet some much needed attention, your entire body will benefit..

Arriving Late: As a courtesy to all our Zen Friends, please note that all treatments are completed on schedule, so please plan to arrive earlier, rather than later.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your zen therapy session, please advise us at least 24 hours in advance. A  cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours is given.
