Shiatsu therapy
Your shiatsu therapy session will last approximately 90 minutes. This includes diagnosis, specifically tailored treatment, nutritional advice and when necessary, demonstration of corrective exercises to support the treatment changes.

A “shiatsu boost”
Your “shiatsu boost” session will last approximately 60 minutes. This is a more general treatment designed to cover all areas of the body and to help maintain system balance. For a general wellbeing boost – try “shiatsu boost”.

A “touch of shiatsu”
Curious about shiatsu but not ready to “jump in at the deep end”. Try “a touch of shiatsu”. This is a relaxing 25 minute head, neck, hand and foot massage – a shiatsu sampler.

Relaxation and meditation
Like to learn some relaxation and meditation techniques that you can practice at home? In this 30-minute session, you will learn basic breathing and meditation techniques that will help to calm the mind and relax the body.
