We've picked Box Hill to launch Zero Mode to pay homage to all of the taste that surround us. Flavours applied with ingredients in ways that you would certainly have never thought. From Breakfast, Lunch Time, Dinner, Cocktails and Coffee, all methods are opened. Our form is vibrant, eclectic, unexpected. We'll roast fresh pineapple with woody cinnamon; blend up dragon fruit and bee pollen; two times cook our wagyu and serve it with sesame leaves and yuzu. Zero Mode was born out of a desire to create something dynamic and eclectic to change the dining experience via day to night.
