Zignal Travels started operations in 1992 and is managed by Atoy and Tess Sayas, a husband and wife team whose focus is to serve the Filipino-Australian niche market to the Philippines.

Together, they provide a personal approach to their business which has resulted in the company’s growth. Backed by their expertise in the industry and management skills, they provide the best travel advice in a friendly and professional manner.

With experience in the travel industry for over a decade, they know the Philippines best. They know of those little secret hideaways and the best tourist spots that the Philippines has to offer. “It is pointless ringing to organise a booking. They promise to get back to you but almost never do. You have to be the one to ring them back.
It is best to go in and see them but sometimes they open up on Philippines time so be patient.
I have been using Zignal for more then 10 years now but they have never kept my details on record. It would help so much if they could just look my name up on their computer rather then me rewind and replaying my details twice a year.
Overall I would still recommend Zignal to get the best prices.”

“Zero customer service. Boojed a flight leaving Sydney 23Jan to Manila with a return flight leaving Manila 11 Feb. On the eve of our departure, I had trouble doing a Web check in so I called their office for some help. When I talked to Maritess, she then informed me that our flight back to Sydney has been canceled and we were rebooked to fly back on 12 Feb arriving 13 Feb. I told her that 3 of us needed to be back by 12 Feb. One of has a connecting flight to Scotts Head, one has to go back to work for an important meeting and one of us has a scheduled medical treatment. She promised me that she will email me as soon as she transferred our return flight leaving Manila 10Feb.
Because we were leaving the following day, I asked my sister to call her and follow it up. My sister left several voice messages but she never received a call from any of the Zignal staffs. I also did not receive any emails to inform me of any updates on our return flights.
This company left me in the dark and made me arrange my own return flight. I am definitely complaining to ACCC when I get back and will tell everyone how badly they treated me and my company.
DO NOT DEAL WITH ZIGNAL TRAVELS IN BLACKTOWN.”
