“I went into ZigZag for my hair cut last week. The hairdresser I had had toning in her hair and didn’t seem to care for my needs as much as wanting to wash it out. It felt like my hair was rushed and i came out of the place with the worst hair cut I’ve had. I can cut my fringe better and I’m not qualified. The layers were extremely uneven, especially around my face. There was just 1 strand that was left there, not even cut. Worst haircut. Not going back again.”

Most hairdressers (have tried several) have no idea how to cut well and even TAFE students could do a better job. Don’t even get me started on how bad the coloring is.
This place is overpriced and could definitely use some further training and development so they know when they are about to butcher your hair.
