Artistic Director WINS AHJ ‘2010’ – SA Hairdresser of the Year.Share..

Artistic Director (Joe Cotroneo) WINS AHJ (Australian Hairdressers Journal) ‘2010 SA Hairdresser of the Year.

In a prestigious event held at the Sydney Town Hall (Monday 29th March), Joe Cotroneo & Lisa Ngyen were representing SA and ZINK in the AHJ National Awards. In a close finish, Artistic Director Joe Cotroneo was crowned ‘2010’ SA hairdresser of the year, with Lisa Runner-Up to Joe, so it was a wonderful achievement by them both.

Joe was so excited about the win he was quoted in saying:

“THIS IS UN-BE-LIEV-ABLE……….truly one of the highlights of my career!”

Local hairdresser Lisa Nguyen from ZINK the element of hair at Unley has won the International Hairstylist Societies, face of I.H.S mens award. Lisa has won a trip to London to attend the Salon International hair show in October.

Lisa was awarded 1st place for mens cutting and styling in the national photographic awards held in Hobart on Saturday night.

Zink the element of hair also had a national finalist in the ladies face of I.H.S award with Joe Cotroneo the groups Artistic Director .

(2008) – Adelaide Face of ZINK Clare Venema is strutting the runway for label Diesel, and being snapped for cosmetics L’Oreal.
Nine months ago ZINK-the element of hair were confident in offering Clare Venema an undisclosed sum, contracting her as the Face of ZINK, and in also supporting her in pursuing her dream of strutting the catwalks overseas. After an outstanding debut with the group (Winning a UK International Award in 2007), It has assisted in Clare’s and ZINK’s, exposures both Nationally and Internationally.
