“I asked for the colour most similar to my hair (which may i add is light brown) and they gave me medium brown coloured browns which turned out to be grey/ black even though i asked for the colour most similar to my hair… I didn’t pay $19 to look ridiculous! Also, the women rubbed the dye off so hard that the skin around my eyebrows haven’t stopped stinging. Very, VERY annoyed.
