“I had a very bad experience at Zubias Wanneroo on 20/02/2016. Very hostile and unprofessional staff. She doesn’t have any manners to finish the job which was agreed to do. I went to do my eyebrows and upper lip threading. After doing the eyebrows she said she can’t do the upper lip since she has to close the shop. The time was only 4.50pm when the closing time is 5pm. I requested her to finish the job but she refused in a very rude manner. Worst ever experience as a customer. I will never go to Zubias Wanneroo again. But the staff at Joondalup are really good.”
