“I have been under Karen’s “care” for many years. Every part of my body looks and feels great after treatments. Facials given by Karen and her staff are exceptional. “I chose this salon because of its high ratings, it was still a 25 minute drive from me. When I arrived she told me she was running late which is ok but then for her to say 20 minutes I feel I should of recieved a phone call. Then when I got in the room there was a screaming match at the front involving her a customer and the hairdresser next door. She answered the phone in the middle of my appointment. I went there for waxing and she missed really obvious spots and left me with obvious strips of hair. At the end of my appointment I was charged an extra $5 for being a new client? I will never go back. As I was paying she answered her mobile fustrated saying she can’t talk right now. Just felt like it was really unprofessional and a waste of money. Really dissapointed, couldn’t wait to get out of there.”
