“I loved all buffed up for so long and would never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed. Also had tans and make up done on occasions. But now I will never go back there. I had one young girl who when I arrived was angry because I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and cracked it with me but took me into a room anyway. Once in the room she didn’t even ask what I wanted but I politely said that I didn’t want them too thin and that I just wanted to tidy them up and keep some shape. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows so badly that they were almost one hair line thin and I had a red raw rash for days because of how she had done it.”
