“The first time I got a massage it was great, the second time was horrible, the girl had no idea what she was doing and what she gave me was definitely not a massage. As soon as I left the place I called and complained, I didn’t want to do it in front of the girl, the receptionist who answered the phone thanked me for the feedback, told me she would speak to her boss and never apologized. Since they didn’t call me back I emailed them, letting them know that I was still waiting on their (at least) their apology since I paid $75 (which has to be paid upfront)and I got a terrible 1hour of getting more stressed rather than getting relaxed, they never relief to my email. Just rude. I thought they were a bit more serious about their business. They left me very dissapointed.”
