“NO NO for this salon. I’m not very particular on hair style but the cut was really bad, not to mention their service is terrible too. The middle easter male barber was rude not focus on his job as he keep chatting with other barbers.”

“Number 3 back and sides, with scissors on top. It’s not rocket science. But that’s why I liked City of Hair … they’re cheap. And when I lived closer to the city, they were convenient. My hair takes at most 10-12 minutes to cut. And while I’m not a cheapskate, something eats at me about paying up to 30 bucks for something that’s pretty basic. Certainly not worth $150+ per hour. City of Hair charge $10 Monday to Wednesday, and $15 Thursday to Sunday. If I had pay more than that, I’d probably buy clippers and do it myself.

If there is one issue I take with them, it’s the fast turnover rate of their staff. I imagine hairdressing is an easy moneymaker on working holidays, etc. Some hairdressers are better than others, even for a guy looking for a simple cut, and to be in and out of there as quickly as possible, and with minimal fuss. But other than the owner, I don’t think I’ve ever had the same person twice since they opened. I can’t say how long City of Hair have been there, because they are the 3rd hairdressing business at this location since I first went there back in ’99.”

“Worst hair cut experience. Told the guy to not cut the fringe. So he cut it off. And spent the whole time cutting talking to a chick… Seriously bad service”

“Worst service ever. I got miss treated by a female barber (she seemed to be Turkish or middle east appearance). She hurt me scalp with the clippers twice and did no apologize and pulled my hair all the service as she seemed to be annoyed with something. I will make a formal complain in the following days. Please do not go there!”
