“DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR TRIP!!

You do not really need to go to this travel agent unless you have some spare cash to waste and you do not care about your trip!

I thought by using a travel agent I could easily book the flights and accommodations etc so I wet to Escape Travel in North Sydney to book my flight. I told them that to have 30kg of baggage allowance I want to fly with emirates. I also emailed them my full name which appears on passport. To avoid any mistakes inside a bracket I mentioned exactly that which word is my first name and which one is my last name!

What they did was to use an incorrect name on the tickets. Then to fix it they asked me for $360 penalty! I said I was not happy with paying $360 and they said I could have cancelled my flight and lose 7,000 dollars !! So I paid the $360!

Since people who work there are all retarded I emailed them to make sure they have not made any mistakes in regards to booking the flights. Not so surprisingly it turned out that they had booked a KLM flight which basically does not include baggage in their tickets so I will have to pay a 25 Euro to get my suitcase on board. They also have a limit of 23kg so basically buying expensive Emirates flights (in order to have a 30kg limit) has been pointless!!

Also they charged me $60 for “Colosseum & Eternal Rome” tour. The tour would departed on 21 July at 2:30pm while my train to the airport would depart on 21 July at 11am! If you think that they gave me a refund for this you are very wrong!!

Now if you think these people take the slightest responsibility you are WRONG! If you want to travel simply book your flights and accommodations through the internet and do not waster your money and time.”
