“I don’t expect much from a nail bar, but I do expect that when I’ve paid for a pedicure I’ll get a pedicure. I left this place with my heels in the same state as when I went in. And my heels are easy. The surly pedicurist did the most minimal she could do and in a barely concealed temper. The cut was none too even, either. I don’t mind a few spots of polish on my fingers, I don’t expect the world, but this was a truly stand out bad experience. Sullen manicurist, poor cut and pedicure, reasonable polish – avoid avoid avoid. There are so many of these bars – give your custom to the ones that deserve it.”

“This has to be the worst nail salon in Australia! I had a terrible experience. They are over priced and deliver terrible service. Not only were they rude when they talked to me but they took an hour and a half to paint on sns. During the process the staff member actually hurt me while filing my nail with an electric tool and even though I flinched and told him it hurt he did it again. The result was lumpy and uneven nails.
Then, when I was finished and they asked me to go to the drying bar they knew I had multiple bags and didn’t offer to help me carry them across the room. I had to kick one shopping bag with my foot across to the other side of the shop and it fell. The staff just looked on and still didn’t help!”

“Very unfriendly staff. Go there if you want to get your nails done within a few minutes but definitely don’t go there if you want to have a nice time and relax. I would not recommend this place at all.”
