I also had a mani and pedi which was rushed and nothing special. The staff cut my nails too short so that they now hurt. Generally really bad service and rude staff. Never again!”

“Several layers of my toenail was ripped off by a lady here while trying to remove my shellac and I was told it was too damaged to be repainted. I came to have my feet made prettier and instead I have a damaged nail that’s tender because it’s so thin and unsightly. The lady wanted to rip the other one off too with her tool rather than filing and soaking the shellac off. I’ve had my nails done for 10 years and never had such an issue. Another lady came in to complain about her pedicure while I was there. The next day my shellac polish on my hands chipped off a lot, not just a little…shellac…one day after the manicure and application!”
