She holds Cert IV (NSW School of Massage) and diploma (Spain) in Massage Therapist . Hot Stones Massage

Uses volcanic basalt stones, previously heated in special containers, as a means to achieve a deep and extremely relaxing massage transferring heat to the deepest body body tissues, such as muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc. and producing in the person receiving the massage a deep sense of relaxation and relief from physical pain known.

Aromatherapy

Ayurveda Mardana

Based on the traditional indian science of Ayurveda, Mardana aims to balance your doshas (3 groups of elements – vatta, pitta and kapha constitution). Balancing the doshas is important in order to prevent illness and disease and help restore heath when an imbalance occurs.

​Remedial (Deep Tissue Massage)

Is similar to Swedish but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Trigger points and myofascial release techniques can be applied.
