“Over all, it was a disappointment! We had to wait more than 30 minutes, although we did a prebooking. My girlfriend even needed to wait for one hour and my haircut was almost done when they started with hers. There wasn’t an excuse for this delay. Furthermore, they calculate more then we were been offered at the first time. Of course, that could happen, but the tripple treatment for almost 50 Dollar was been unexplained. My haircut was very well done and my haircutter did all very professional, nothing to complain. The hairdresser of my girlfriend was not very communicative and treated her with less respect. If you pay around 240 Dollar for two haircuts (when you did a booking for 177 Dollar), you may normally expect very good advise and friendly service! ”

“Appalling service. Had an appointment last Tuesday for a hair cut. Walked all the way from my office in rain to get there, only to be told that the hair specialist had gone on lunch break and won’t be back for an hour.

This was pre booked and confirmed appointment.”

“I went about two years ago for a style cut and colour. I had just arrived in Melbourne and believed this to be the best salon in the city. A new guy – 1st day in the job on a working holiday from overseas – gave me a classic helmut cut. I had shoulder length hair and had suggested something a bit shorter and funkier. Instead I left in tears looking like a 60 year old and didn’t want to socialise or leave the house for months. It was without doubt the most abominable cut I had ever had the misfortune to receive. The colour wasn’t anything to write home about either but that was an insignificance compared to the cut disaster. It grew back and of course it was the last time I would ever grace the doors of one of these salons. Clearly no vetting or concern about who they employ – the cutter? told me he was only going to be hanging around Melbourne for a few months and moving on as part of his working holiday. Thanks for the memory.”
