“I gotta say I was completely disheartened to be on the receiving end of such terrible service! I came into the store last week for snowboarding gear and was initially dealt with by someone who genuinely cared about what I was after- however shift change and I was handed over to another guy who just seemed very disinterested and I left. Came back today with my partner looking for boots, bindings, thermals gloves, goggles & board bag etc – so looking to drop some $$$ but was greeted by the same gentleman who had a complete lack of service or interest in assisting us. The only thing that had me come back for some bits and pieces was the large range of snow gear you have- but your service needs some work..”
