“Absolutely **TERRIBLE** AND a RIP OFF. Called and gave great detail about how I wanted my hair. I turn up have my hair washed and THEN I get told it would be alot more than originally quoted “what do you want to do”. Seriously what could I do walk out with wet hair – what a joke. $120 later my hair wasn’t done as asked and by the time I got back to my hotel (200mtrs) my curls were falling out. Yes I should not have paid the additional charge and yes I should have gone back to get it fixed but I didn’t have time and what for – I ended up having to buy hairspray.”

“Overpriced for their services. I tried the formal makeup and hair styling but the art director made me look older than I was. For reference, I am an Asian female. I specifically went to this salon because I wanted an artist who was experienced in asian makeup and hair styles. The art director Luna was not familiar with Japanese makeup albeit opening a Japanese hair salon. Instead she used western makeup techniques on me, making me look 10 years older than I am. I expressed my discontent to the artist, only to be met with “we don’t have enough to change the look now.” Even if I wasn’t critical about the Asian makeup style, I could at least the critical about the application of makeup.. My eyeliner was nowhere near fleek status and looked like something I would have drawn on hastily on my own. The result was unprofessional and cheap, despite the makeup artist claiming to have world renowned experience. The hairstyling was lackluster. There’s nothing special about getting your hair styled at this salon. The hairstylist charged me a premium price for the hair style but I can get the same result at other salons at a fraction of the price. For the price I am paying, I expected a better outcome. I do not recommend this place especially if you are an Asian female and are going for styles that are more suitable towards Asian trends.”
