Born in Burma, I came to Australia as a child, and I have lived in SE Queensland for the past twenty-seven years.

My first introduction to massage therapy was when I was in my early twenties, suffering from constant neck and shoulder pain on my right side, a result of a sports injury.

I went through various types of treatments and found that deep tissue massage was the one that literally “hit the spot” and fixed my problem with only a few treatments.

I’ve been a big advocate of massage therapy ever since and I’ve found over the years that it’s also great for release of mental and emotional stress.

I truly enjoy being a therapist, and I take great pleasure in seeing my clients feeling like new after a treatment session with Massage Directions.

I tailor my treatments to meet your individual requirements, after an initial consultation to find out about your particular situation.
