One For Men, formerly Man What a Fuss was pioneered by Kate Allen in May 1998. Kate successfully created a men’s grooming concept store educating the men of Melbourne on how to look after his skin, have the best hair and manage his stress levels and well being.

16 years on and Kate feels that the men’s business is ready to move once again. Guys are now embracing more intensive treatment and immersing themselves in to what we have on offer to them. They tend now to focus on anti ageing, hair loss and other intensive aesthetic treatments. One For Men has been created for the man of now.

“WHAT A DISGRACE! This business was previously called Man What A Fuss. I purchased a gift voucher at the Docklands Man What A Fuss shop for my fiancé last April and when I went to book an appointment with them I found that they had closed.
I rang the Melbourne store to find out what had happened, they were originally honouring the vouchers but wouldn’t anymore. I was given the Docklands owner’s details and told to email him. No response received.
After much investigation I found the business was de-registered in 2014 and the Melbourne store is trading under a different name. There is nothing I can do about it. The voucher is useless. Visa chargeback is not applicable because it is past 120 days from purchase. and Consumer Affairs are toothless tigers.
Its disgusting that the purchase was made in good faith as a result of a good reputation inclusive of advertising on The Footy Show. Very disappointing.”
